SKILLED TRADES/SUPPORT

Craftsmen-Welder
Plan, lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair structural, vessel, equipment, and sheet metal parts, equipment, and products. Installs machinery and equipment in industrial establishment.
 
Sets up and operates conventional, special purpose, and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines and machining centers to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts.  Able to write simple programs at the machine and with the ability to troubleshoot programs and able to manipulate programming in CAD/CAM Software modify minor aspects and repost programs as necessary.
 
Experienced Machine Operator
Tend to fabricating machines such as cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, and punch, that cut, shape, and bend metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structures.
 
Machinist I&II
Sets up and operates conventional, special purpose, and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines and machining centers to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts. 
 
Truck Driver
Responsible for operating a 1.5 ton truck and trailer rig with capacity of more than 10 tons, to transport materials and equipment to and from specified destinations.
 
Maintenance Technician
Diagnose, repair, and perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment and tools used in the manufacturing process. Build, modify and/or adjust tooling equipment to meet current needs.
 
Assists Journeyman Electrician to install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.

Journeyman Electrician
Assists in the electrical construction of shop fabricated equipment as well as field installation of electrical systems.

PROJECT/SALES/MANAGEMENT

Production Leadman
Responsible to oversee completion of assigned projects. Keen awareness of schedules, delivery deadlines, quality standards, material expenses, permits and other regulations, and employee safety.

Production Supervisor
Entry-level management that supports activities related to production services.

Manufacturing Support Supervisor
Supports Manufacturing Operations Manager in entry-level management activities related to Machine Shop, Paint Department and/or Material Prep departments.

Project Manager-Electrical
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

Manufacturing Manager - Machine Shop
Manages all activities related to machine shop.

ADMINISTRATIVE/ACCOUNTING

Buyer
Assist in purchasing materials, supplies and services for the company.

ENGINEERING/DESIGN

Drafter-Designer
Use computer aided drafting software to provide design and drafting support for shop fabrication and field installation projects.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Receipt Inspector
Inspects products received by Premier Technology which are manufactured or processed by suppliers for government and commercial use, to ensure compliance with contract specifications.

Quality Control Inspector
Perform visual inspections to verify conformance to specified requirements and document inspections, including ASME and AWS. Perform testing and inspecition of products at various stages of production process in compliance with applicable codes and standards. Compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.
